ASSESSMENT OF MARKERS OF ALLERGY AND INFLAMMATION IN THE BLOOD OF DOGS WITH FOLLICULAR CYST OF THE INTERDIGITAL SKIN, WITH LOCAL AND GENERALIZED DERMATOLOGICAL REACTION

Follicular cyst of the interdigital skin is a common problem in dogs, which causes significant economic damage to service, sports and decorative dog breeding. In treatment animals with this pathology, along surgical intervention, it necessary use anti-inflammatory and/or immunosuppressive drugs. Thus, question arises studying intensity inflammatory process dogs follicular skin. The article presents results study markers inflammation allergy these animals, including generalized dermatological reaction – dermatitis. was conducted at Department General Private Surgery SPbGUVM, based on clinic small pets. For study, 3 random groups 10 each, were selected. first group dermatitis, second –10 localized course, third combination Whole blood obtained from all plasma used as sample for testing using species-specific rapid tests qualitative determination concentration Ig-E CRP dogs. entered into table, then indicators calculated according "criterion X2", statistics program "Biostat". revealed that skin, pronounced reaction, there systemic response body, course presence only hair follicle cysts, remains low.
